Australia’s largest solar farm comes online

According to The Australian Financial Review, the first stage of Australia’s largest solar development went live, in a boost to the economy’s ambitious energy transition goals undermined by the sluggish pace of new developments.
The New England solar farm is being developed in two stages, with the first 400MW of storage now completed. Developers ACEN Australia said they are confident of beginning work on the remaining 320MW quickly.
